Came with a large party on a Saturday night there were multiple hiccups coming from the kitchen from sending out food with chives on it after all allergies were described to delays on side dishes. Only reason I'm motivated enough to write this review and put it in such a positive light is because our server Hector an absolutely fantastic job for making up for these pick ups throughout the night . Please appreciate the service that you have understand that it's invaluable to have an employee that picks up that role and makes up for the lack of attention on the back end.

The whole restaurant is a vibe! I love the interior and the patio was great too. We had dinner on the patio. Although we came at sunset so the sun was in our eyes; the staff was quick to turn the shades down so we weren't blinded. I think we ordered just about EVERYTHING on the menu. I can say everything we ordered was delicious. My TOP Pick was the Lamb Bolognese It was hands down one of the best things I have ever eaten. Not too saucy, not too lamby a little crunch from the pancetta. I also want to call out the Beekeeper Cocktail, I had this after my Strawberry cocktail. I usually don't like Gin, but it was more of an adventure in a glass and I was glad I tried it. I also loved the vibe- not fancy or uptight.

The Country Club in Costa Mesa is a fantastic place to dine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stylish vintage decor that makes you feel at home. The food is outstanding. I tried the burger and the salmon and it had incredible flavor. The salmon was not dry at all, it was incredibly juicy and well seasoned. The green kale and asparagus sauce that accompanied the salmon was delightful. The burger was made with excellence, definitely a classic with a twist of a horse radish sauce. The service from Hector and Chris made an incredible experience and will be back soon!

I had the pleasure of being served by Kristen during my recent visit to the country club, and I must say, her warmth and professionalism truly enhanced my experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always filled and our needs promptly met.
